Compititive ARS/NET examination for vacancies in Agricultural research scientists

AGRICULTURAL SCIENTISTS RECRUITMNET BOARD(ASRB)
ASRB will be holding ARS/NETexaminations for the vacancies in the posts of Agriculture research scientists in agricultural research service(ARS).
 examination dates
prelims: 19 sept 2010
main: 28 nov 2010

Conditions of eligibility:
age:
21 yrs as on 1st august 2010 upto 30 yrs of age.
the upper limit can be relaxed for sc/st/obc.
 number of attempts:
 4 for general category whether MSc or PhD.
fee:
the candidates seeking admission must pay rs 1000 through a crossed bank draft valid for 6 mnths from the date of issue  drawn in favour of
secretary, A.S.R.B and payable at delhi.
OBC has no fee concession and sc/st is not required to pay any fee.
Closing date for reciept of application in ASRB is 20 april 2010.
